HOW DO I FIND OUT PRICING & SECURING A SPOT?
Starting Friday, 9/9 registration will open (a link will be sent via email) with special discounted pricing for the 6 weeks and all details to register! It will be 1st come, 1st serve. We're only accepting 25 new Fit-50 members this session.
A: M 7am, T 6:30pm, W 7am/5:30pm, Th 6:30pm, F 7am, Sat 7am
Q: How Many Times Per Week Can I Attend?
A: Attending class 2-3 times per week will help you build strength, stamina, and increase your overall energy throughout your days.
Q: When Does The 6-Week Program Start?
A: Sept. 19th and it will run through Oct. 31st. We will ask you to attend 2-3 Fit-Over-50 specific classes per week for the 6 weeks.
Q: Where Are You Located?
A: We have 2 locations to choose from: North Syracuse or Camillus. You will choose your location on the registration page by clicking through below.
Q: If I am out of shape can I still do the program?
A: Yes, we have modifications for every exercise and we can scale the workouts to your fitness level. Our trainers get to know each and every member on the mats, we will help guide you and show you how to use variations to ensure you build strength & feel great!
Q: Does it include a nutrition plan too?
A: Yes! An incredibly delicious, easy, and "done for you" effective meal plan!
Q: What Happens After The 6-Week Program Ends?
A: We have an ongoing Fit-Over-50 program that we would love for you to stay on board with. We are hoping that during the 6 weeks you love it so much that you will want to stay with us afterwards! It's all about taking that first step.
