Monday - 5am, 6am, 9am, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm
Tuesday - 6am, 9am, 4:30pm, 6:30pm
Wednesday - 5am, 6am, 9am, 4:30pm, 5:30pm
Thursday - 6am, 9am, 4:30pm, 5:00pm, 6:30pm
Friday - 5am, 6am, 9am, 5pm
Saturday - 8:30am
Sunday - 8:30am
How much is the program?
We have multiple options for continuing beyond your 3 class pass. We have punch cards, limited programs, unlimited memberships, short term and long term options based on your budget and schedule. We will sit down, discuss goals, and figure out what's best on your first time in studio. We're sure we can make your budget work and can choose an option best to help you achieve your fitness goals!
What can I get started?
Right away! We do only schedule 1 new person per class, so it's based on schedule availability. The sooner you register, the quicker you can get going!
Is this program for beginners?
Yes! This program is for all ability and skill levels. Our trainers provide modifications each and every class, along with side by side assistance to help everyone have the best workout experience possible.
Do you provide nutritional support?
Yes! This a huge part of the recipe for reaching your fitness goals. We can help you with your diet and meal plans based on your needs. This is something we'll discuss on your first time in!
