What do you do when you walk into your place of business one day and you are told that you have to close your doors? This might sound familiar because we went through it together not that long ago. 

Ukickbox was born in an effort to continue to serve members of 2 small brick & mortar kickboxing studios in Central New York, Burn Kickboxing. Our goal was to keep our members healthy and engaged both physically and mentally in a time of severe need.

In 2016, Burn Kickboxing established itself as the leader in fitness kickboxing in Central New York. The program is founded and backed up with over 30 years of martial arts experience combined with dynamic & intensive cardio, conditioning & strength building movement! 

We have seen members of all walks of like transform before our eyes, because they became consistent doing a workout that they love. It’s intense, it’s challenging, it’s dynamic & when its over you feel empowered AF. That’s the feeling that hooks you like no other workout does. 

So, we thought… why limit this gift to just our geographic community? 

The pandemic challenged us to revamp & package our program for online distribution across the country. Our goal is to help more people shift their lifestyle in to a more active & gratifying day to day.
