Classes are an action-packed 45 minutes of fun, fitness, self-defense, kickboxing and age appropriate instruction!
Each session starts out with a warm up and some stretching, leading into learning a new kickboxing skill of the week, and multiple exercises and drills to enhance those skills.
Kids are split up during the classes based on age. Our younger lil' burners are split to one side of the room and our older kids are grouped together. Instruction is specific to their ages and ability levels.
In our program, parents are encouraged to stay and watch. You will be able to help your child practice at home with the skills and character development we are focusing on in classes!
